Walleye, often referred to as Pickerel, is my favourite fish to catch and eat. Nothing beats a walleye shore lunch in the backcountry!

There are a few different techniques for filleting walleye and in this video I will show you my method that I have been using for as long as I can remember. I am going to try some new techniques this year and will share them. A sharp knife really helps, so keep a good edge on your knife and take your time!
